​These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Lesion Scope mobile application.

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page, do not continue to use Lesion Scope.

2. Terminology
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy:

  • "Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person using this app (specifically medical professionals, clinicians, and doctors).

  • "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refers to our Company, Corpal Digital Health Technologies Inc..

  • "App" refers to the Lesion Scope mobile application.

3. Nature of Service
Lesion Scope is strictly a documentation and session tracking tool.

  • No Medical Analysis: The App does not perform any image processing, algorithmic analysis, AI-based diagnosis, or medical evaluation of the data uploaded. It acts solely as a digital repository for your notes and patient images.

  • No Medical Advice: The App is a passive tool for data entry. It does not offer medical advice, recommendations, or diagnostic opinions.

  • Professional Responsibility: As a medical professional, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for interpreting the data you record. The App is a utility for organization, not a substitute for professional judgment.

4. User Accounts, Data & Security 

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Patient Data Privacy: You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from patients before photographing them or entering their personal details into the App, in compliance with your local laws (such as GDPR, HIPAA, or KVKK).

  • The App provides the infrastructure to store data, but the legal authority to collect that data rests with you, the user.

​5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Lesion Scope may offer premium features (e.g., cloud patient storage, cloud sync) through auto-renewing subscriptions.

  • Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Account Settings.

6. Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content (images, medical notes, patient history) that you create, upload, or store using our App.

  • We do not verify the accuracy of the notes you enter.

  • You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from the data you store in the App.

7. Privacy

Your privacy and the security of the documentation are critical. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle cloud storage and data retention.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations and warranties relating to the App.

  • "As Is" Basis: The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the data storage will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • No Diagnostic Warranty: We make no claim that the App is suitable for diagnostic purposes, as it is purely a recording tool.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Corpal Digital Health Technologies Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of data resulting from your use of the App. You bear the sole risk of backing up critical medical records.
